How Core Funded moved its support to an AI agent in two weeks

Core Funded, a prop trading firm with traders all over the world, now answers support on its website, in its customer dashboard, by email and on Discord with Kai, an agent running on Farlo's AI.

69%of chats and emails solved without the team
3.4 smedian answer time
481conversations in the first two weeks
1.3¢AI cost per conversation

The challenge

Traders write at every hour, in many languages, about the same things: the trading rules, payouts, their accounts, offers and how to get started. Answering all of it by hand kept the team busy with questions that already had answers, and it left traders waiting outside office hours.

Core Funded wanted one agent for every channel that knows its rules exactly, sees a trader's own account when they're logged in, and only brings in the team when a person is really needed.

The solution

Kai went live on 5 October 2026 and replaced the previous support tool on every channel:

Every answer the team corrects becomes a test, so the same mistake doesn't happen twice.

The results

In the first two weeks Kai handled 481 support conversations. Of the chats and emails, 69% were solved without anyone from the team. The median answer took 3.4 seconds, around the clock, and the AI cost about 1.3 cents per conversation: $6.32 for all 481.

The team now spends its time on the conversations that need a person, with a summary in front of it instead of a cold start.
